1. What our guarantee covers

We engineer our 4-end knit woolens and benchmade outerwear to withstand generations of heavy wear. Our Lifetime Seam Repair Guarantee covers:

• Knit seam splits and loose stitching along side seams, sleeves, and collars.
• Ribbed cuff and waistband linkage separation.
• Button re-attachment and snap hardware failure under normal use.

2. Warranty duration

This repair guarantee remains valid for the lifetime of the garment and belongs to the owner, regardless of whether you purchased the item directly from our catalog or received it as an heirloom gift.

3. How to request a repair

Email our workshop team at info@northweftknittingmills.shop with a photo of the area requiring mending and your current shipping address. We will provide return instructions to our Portland, Oregon studio.

4. Wool care guidelines

Worsted wool is naturally water-repellent and odor-resistant due to active lanolin. Spot clean with cool water. For deep cleaning, use a specialized heritage dry cleaner or hand wash in cold water with wool detergent and dry flat.
